Shipping Details
TARANG is a brand of SREEVIA AI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Every Tarang is carefully packaged in custom protective casing designed specifically for our products. Our white-glove delivery service ensures your piece arrives in perfect condition.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping areas: We currently only ship within domestic regions. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Tarang arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at +91 81215 14692 or support@tarang.online with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund and Replacement Policy
Replacement Request
You can request a replacement within 24 hours of product delivery.
Return will be processed within 2-4 days.
Refund Processing
Refund will be processed and "credited" within 7-10 working days.
Exchange Policy
The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories.
Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will initiate the replacement process. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued as per refund policy. Replacement or exchanges will be "delivered" within 7-10 working days.
Shipping Time
After processing, your order will be shipped within 5 business days. All the products will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
