Warranty & Returns Policy

TARANG is a product developed and marketed by SREEVIA AI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. This policy outlines warranty coverage, return eligibility, and refund conditions applicable to all customers purchasing through www.tarang.online.
1. Limited Warranty Coverage
TARANG provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor usage conditions.
Warranty Period
* Warranty period begins from the date of delivery.
2. What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Hardware malfunction under normal usage
- Motor failure due to internal defect
- PCB or embedded controller malfunction
- Structural defect due to fabrication issue
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence
- Use in outdoor or non-recommended environments
- Water or liquid damage
- Voltage fluctuation damage
- Use of non-recommended sand
- Foreign object contamination inside mechanism
- Physical impact damage
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Firmware tampering
- Cosmetic scratches or wear and tear
- Natural disasters or force majeure
Any unauthorized modification voids warranty.
4. Sand & Maintenance Disclaimer
TARANG is designed to operate with recommended fine-grain, dry sand only. Use of wet sand, coarse sand, or decorative stones may damage the mechanical system and void warranty coverage.
5. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim:
Please provide:
- • Order ID / Invoice copy
- • Clear photos/videos of issue
- • Detailed description of problem
Response timeline: 3–5 business days.
6. Returns Policy
Due to the custom-built and precision nature of TARANG tables, returns are accepted ONLY in case of:
- • Verified manufacturing defect
- • Product damaged in transit (reported within 48 hours of delivery)

10. Limitation of Liability
TARANG shall not be liable for loss of business revenue, event cancellation losses, indirect or consequential damages, or damage caused by improper installation. Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.
11. Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
